The facility is operated under valid authorization issued by the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board and complies with the Biomedical Waste Management Rules, 2016. All biomedical waste received is handled through approved treatment technologies including incineration, autoclaving, shredding, chemical disinfection, and effluent treatment systems, ensuring environmental safety and public health protection.
The CBWTF serves healthcare facilities in Prayagraj and nearby districts within the approved coverage radius and maintains full compliance through documentation, monitoring, and reporting
